“They delivered the wrong product, and I have bee trying to get hold of customer service and they do not email back. I submitted 3 emails through the website, and not one reply.”

“Disappointed that my numerous attempts to make contact were in vain. There website is poor . It does not allow clear instructions to change or allow a different delivery address. It defaulted to the incorrect address and I was unable to change it. I have been unable to use the product I ordered as I am not at the address it was sent too at this time”
