“The most shocking customer services I have ever experienced, ever.
We have a reseller account, and despite disabling multiple hosting packages, we have been billed over £1,000 in SSLs which we did not require and cannot be used.
I requested heart internet disable our reseller account and stop all ssls.
In turn they have locked me out of the system, left me unable to login to log a support ticket, and unable to deal with a request for a refund.
Email support is non responsive to 3 emails, and telephone support say I have to login in order to log a ticket (which I phsyically cannot do).
I would not recommend to anyone.”
