“Money grabbing site, their site rarely pays anyone anything, i would be glad if they got shut down tbh”

“They are totally scam site. I spent $400 for cases and Won ak , awp also knife. I got ak and awp but they did not give my knife back. They said it is not available this time, and then they banned me their website. After that one of them came and said you got hacked from somebody else, and he asked me $200 for unban me on website.. It is not Trustworthy place, STAY AWAY!”

“The most unbalance site for drop`s. More money you put on the site, bigger chance to do not get anything. Upgrade is the same, more then 60$ you cant upgrade, dosen`t matter what are you try to do. In fact, that website for scam. (2 days ago I got one deser eagle code red 20$, upgrade, lose, 0.60$ on battle cases, 3 loses.). Every time you put much more money, more loses you will got. Scam website.”

It’s a pity that haven’t managed to make it right away, but there is actually no algorithm. When you use the Upgrade, there are two factors that determine whether you are going to win or lose: the chance percentage you see on your screen and your own luck. As long as the % is not 100, there is always a possibility to lose. As for the case battles, it’s even simpler here: either you become the winner and take your and other participants’ drop or you lose to someone else and receive a cash back. We are sorry to hear that you’ve lost 3 times, but that is definitely not the reason to call our website a “scam”. With that being said, we wish you better luck next time you use Hellcase, we are sure you can get some decent skins and make profit.

“After depositing around $100 CAD, I was banned for "abusing a bug that gave me more money than I put in". I don't know how I could have avoided this since I didn't even notice a bug. After contacting support they told me the ban is permanent and didn't try to help beyond explaining the bug. This website is a scam.”

“Hellcase organize events, like tournaments and hub in a platform called Faceit. faceit.com We played a tournament that had a prize for 1,2, 3-4 position. 1,2,3 got payed but my team not. So there are 5 players including me that dont have the money. Tournament at issue: I can't post it because no links allowed, but its on faceit. It's called csgo tournament 1-st challenge and this is the url /es/csgo/tournament/0bdea144-db05-4e21-b363-58ae366fe165 This is like 1 year ago xd. We are team 4. I asked a lot in faceit and in their support page about the money without answer. By the way, I decided to give up about this situation and like 10 days ago they reopened their hub. They know that they didnt pay me, so in a match that a couple of guys where saying that I was throwing (We won it) I did one tk and yes, they banned me for ever for JUST 1 TK after being accused. I'm going to report this also on Faceit. They did this to the wrong person.”

“I am one of the giveaway winners that won a giveaway one week ago. My winning was not huge, it was a $2.7 CS:GO skin. Hellcase asked me via an e-mail if I would like to have the item in my Hellcase inventory or as a custom amount Steam Wallet code. I told them to give me the Steam Wallet code because I do not like these unboxing websites and their policies of allowing withdraws only after you deposit an amount. First, Hellcase took 2-3 days to respond, and when they did, they just directly put the item in my Hellcase inventory, which of course I couldn't withdraw from because they need a $2 deposit to allow withdrawals. Now, it has been 4 more days since I have been trying to contact Hellcase support and he giveaway team as well. They do not respond at all. They have horrible support and customer service. No wonder majority of the YouTubers who used to do their sellout videos do not do them anymore. These guys have not changed one thing in their website since the beginning except the case battles (because that is the rolling trend now and not having it would be RIP for them). These guys are absolutely horrible.”
