“My provider Joana Reyes, is great. I would give her 5 stars for her responsiveness and care. For Klarity overall, I would give 4 stars because while I have a provider that offers medication, I would have also liked to receive behavioral therapy which was advertised on the main website, but there is no one available.”

“I was skeptical at first using a telemedicine platform for mental health, but I was happily proven wrong. I was matched with a PMHNP who was able to connect with me in both emotional and cultural ways--she is a great listener, empathetic, knowledgeable, and have been very responsive so far.
