“I previously used DoneADHD and they were garbage in every aspect- nonresponsive providers, overly simplistic website that was not comprehensive and not easily navigated, and 2x+ as much money, so that was dumb especially with all the advertisement they do. Que me finding Klarity, everything is the exact opposite. I really appreciate the smoothness of the entire experience from the first time I entered the website and used the chat. The portal is easy to use and I appreciate that you don't always have to log in you can just enter the code from the email to fill out whatever form. The quality of care is great, and my provider is nice, understanding, timely, and responsive.”

“I had a great experience with Jeremy yesterday during my first consultation. He was professional and thorough. The initial intake form was long and detailed but I appreciated the thoughtfulness of his intent as it let us make better use of our time. I actually joined Klarity as a result of a bad experience with another online ADHD program, where my provider was difficult to access with very slow response times (if at all) and customer service was limited. “As a busy person and mom navigating the pandemic and my kids' virtual school - it was so difficult for me to schedule in-person appts, let alone drive around to multiple pharmacies before finding one that had my medication in stock. I have been treated for ADHD for several years, switching to Klarity is the best decision I have ever made. Everything is so straightforward - sat at home, connect to my doctor and made one trip to the pharmacy when my script was filled. “They don't ask you to subscribe and you never need to worry about wasting your money for nothing. I skipped several months and when I came back I was prepared to pay $149 but they only charged me $59 for a doctor visit. Always prompt reply from their staff, highly recommend!”

“Transferred from Done to Klarity, have to say Klarity's service is much better! My initial meeting was extremely insightful and helpful in allowing me to understand ADHD. My original prescription worked perfectly, so it’s very easy for me to ask for a refill without having to go through a long tedious process of going to the doctor's office and all of that. What I like about Klarity is that you can actually pick the provider you meet, which makes me less nervous attending the online visit.”

“I've been seeing my doctor from Klarity for a couple of months and so far I am very satisfied with what I have received. Very simple easy process. Every month I will either meet my doc or submit my refill request, no issue with picking up my med on the same day. $25 monthly service fee is an amazing price.”

“I had my appointment with Amethyst Mexy on 7/28 and VERY much enjoyed my appointment with her and wanted to give her a shout out. Originally our appointment was scheduled for 7/29 and on short notice on my part I asked if she could do it earlier in the day on 7/28. She replied back and found time for me which saved me so much hassle with my work schedule and wowed me. We met, she listened to me, was pleasant to be in her company and guidance. I appreciated her saying she's highly available (I identify with that as I'm like that to my employees) and seems to care about my treatment and gave me options to meet from 2-4 weeks. Overall she was fantastic and truly redefines the provider & patient experience that I don't believe exists anywhere else.”

“Honest people, great service. I wrote this review because I didn't find any online before. I have suggested the company build a review page so the clients like me can help spread the name. Glad they did it. I have been so tired to be tricked by other ADHD company's subscription game. I truly appreciate Klarity's pricing model, which can save me for the month I don't need a doctor visit. Doctor is knowledgeable and cares for what I've been through, always guides me besides just writing the prescription.”

“When I first signed up with Klarity my life was a mess. I didn’t feel like I was living the right way, only just trying to pass the day. When I first met Joana she was very kind to assess everything I had conveyed to her about my life. In the 30 min visit everything is productive, she thoughtfully considered my history and diagnosed me with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I can't imagine I had lived my whole life not knowing what was wrong with me mentally and emotionally. She prescribed meds for all of my mental health issues, after about 2 weeks, I can clearly feel and have conversations with people. She is very responsive and responsible and anytime I need her she always replies back to me on time and schedules online visit for me as long as I tell her I need it. When I used to try and make an appointment with my primary care doctor it would take months just to get in and copay is even higher than what I pay for Klarity. It would have been too late for me if I still stay with that system. I compared it with all the online solutions and Klarity is the cheapest one, and I have recommended it to my ADHD support group but it seems that they have very limited spots in certain states. All I can say is if you can get a spot just book, it's worth your money.”

“I'm so lucky to meet Dr Patrilia .. After struggling for a very long time with my ADHD symptoms I decided to take action to take me from the long-term anxiety. I found Klarity's website online and took about 3 days to read their guidelines and the potential solutions to myself. Their customer support is very productive and they helped me get a spot 1 day later. The visit with Patrilia went well, she's very connected with me and listened to my needs. We went through my background, medical history and life experiences, including my coexisting symptoms with Anxiety. I was prescribed stimulants and at first, I was worried if the side effects will be too strong. I'm so grateful Patrilia answered my questions always on time and helped me adjust my dosage from the 2nd month. My life has changed. My concentration and attention to detail have taken a huge surge forward. I have become more productive at work, less distracted overall. I only wish I had found Klarity sooner, years sooner.”
