“I’ve always struggled with anxiety and struggled to stay on task. In school and all my adult life. My typical coping mechanisms disappeared or became unavailable to me during the pandemic. A loved one recommended getting checked out for adhd. I have a hard time asking for help. Making the appointment with Klarity was easy. What was even better (due to my anxiety) was that I could pick my provider! I picked Christine Forge. Her knowledge and compassion as well as patience and eagerness to listen, made my anxiety easier to manage. Getting the help I needed in a safe and comfortable setting meant so much to me. Klarity’s affordable pricing structure made making the decision to get help for myself a sustainable reality. I happy-cried daily my first week from relief.
