“Bought a snowboard jacket 5 years ago that was $499 CAD + tax. Thankfully got it for half that price because after one normal winter season the zipper broke. To top it off the jacket isn't warm at all.
Bought a thicker winter jacket that seemed to keep the cold out last year ('23). Only a few washes later the insulation has moved so now the arms have patches where it's just the shell with no insulation. Helly Hansen does NOT make a quality jacket. Maybe they did at one point in time but they surely aren't anymore.”
