“The most pathetic excuse for a ticket sales platform ever. It's a pity they are even considered to be used as a 3rd party. I purposely never use them again. I would urge you to buy from any other agent.”
“I have tried to buy the last three big concerts and Oasis was the last straw no tickets despite hours of queueing and if im not booted the tickets are sold out and too expensive to buy even if they had any left greedy greedy people it's shameful your as bad as the ticket touts!”
“Highly unprofessional organisation, retaining Re-Sale ticket sale proceeds for over 10 days before sending the funds to the Seller. I will be taking the issue up with the Irish CCPC - Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and my Solicitor. Is it any wonder they are before Congress in the USA !!! Avoid like this Company like the plague, their reputation is horrific.”
“Never received tickets sent up to 15 emails. Obviously system showed these were never delivered. Ticketmaster refuse to take responsibility. Missed concert and out money solely through fault of Ticketmaster never again would I deal with Ticketmaster Ireland”
“In February of 2020 we purchased 4 tickets to go see the Joker in bord gais. Then of course COVID hit and the concert was postponed which was fine after a long wait finally got told the go ahead date unfortunately for us this did not suit we had a good reason not to go as I was due to give birth that day. We contacted Ticketmaster their answer was u either go or resale so we put the tickets up in between that the concert was rescheduled again to October. 2 days before the concert our tickets sold but the concert was then cancelled the people that got our tickets got their money but we didn't. This is now June and I have strings of emails from Ticketmaster sending us on wild goose chase with the banks who stated we did not get the refund and will provide us with proof of all the above. I'm now going to take this further to citizen rights and probably involve a solicitor because this has caused both me and my partner a terrible amount of stress. Shame on them for the sake of 360 euros”
