Poor standards have taken over England. We ordered a dominoes pizza ... it was "delivered" down the road, its a week later & even though we have proof that the pizza was not delivered to us, no one has given us a refund. £30 you owe me still. I am beyond annoyed. This is the second mistake within a month. Worst customer service. Poor systems & non English speaking.

They hire incompetent people that pick up multiple orders and deliver them to the wrong address. The Custmer ends up suffering for it with little to no refund and poor customer service. They need better screening of their drivers

I ordered food and specified no sauce as a special request. The request was followed except for the chips, which, in any case, didn't specify and kind of sauce on the menu. I've been told repeatedly by the AI that they can't guarantee special requests, despite stating clearly that the special request didn't apply to the chips as no sauce was specified on the menu. No refund, no help, therefore no longer a customer of this app.

ya, i had a security issue with a driver and it took uber over 4 days to respond to it. Not a person either, an automated reply saying they are unable to refund or make alterations. All i asked was to speak to someone. They give the absolute worst service to riders.

Trying to talk to Uber Support has never gotten anywhere. They refused to refund us when we were missing two whole entrees from a restaurant, and today we attempted to grocery shop via uber because we are out sick and we got an entirely different order. Already frustrated, we tried to get in contact with Uber Support and they will not get back to us. It is never an easy experience and I don’t know why we even try

This morning i ordered a ride from gravesend to slade green i was charge £37.74 for ride that is less than 15miles. Uber didnt notify there was a price surge. Stop ripping people off people work so had. And moreover on your app this no option to to write concern.. uber ripping the masses please refund my money

My order never arrived, tried to get a refund was told It didn't qualify as the driver tried to contact me and waited for 9 minutes, I was waiting outside for 20 minutes for the delivery and my phone never rang, contacted the seller to be told I had to contact Uber who totally disregarded my complaint

Took two hours to deliver a meal, that was wrong, did nothing to resolve and at 2300 issued a refund and no compensation.
