Zero stars if available. Charged 2x for a single trip. It has happened before. When asked for a refund, they chatted with me that I was CONFUSED. I cannot be confused about being charged twice. I have proof through my bank. Uber will not refund this issue. If lyft was widely available in wichita falls texas, I would never uber again.

I was charged cancelation fees for 3 rides due to an operational issue on Ubers end. The drivers went to a different stop, and the pickup notes state that the pickup would be in front of the hotel. Uber claims they approved a refund, but I have not received anything. Over 2 weeks later. I unfortunately will have to take further action to recoup the funds. Very unethical and poor business practices.

Ordered food at ridicules markup. Food never arrived. Called to complain and they refunded money except for the 20% tip. Customer support said they can’t refund tips. Never give drive tip until food is delivered. Scam do not use.
