I can‘t get the refund the service I did not take Uber one. I tried to Chat, they are cold like a machine. I will avoid them using lyft instead. they do not care even they know the request is reasonable.

Uber doesn’t care about their customers all their high priced overrated and don’t care if you get your order or not they won’t even give a refund when they know the order was completely wrong.

Uber charged me for a ride the driver never showed for. I asked for a refund but uber says I’ve had to many adjustments on my account. Uber keeps ride history for 7 yrs. Out of 7 yrs it shows 2 trips one that never showed and the second I reserved from the no show.

They would not send another car to pick me up (“it’s not safe”) but said they’d cancel and refund my trip.
