I had a package picked up but never delivered. They were unsympathetic would not refund the cost of the delivery and believed the drivers story. I just had surgery and could not pick up the item myself. The item was 104.00. They said they do not reimburse costs of items or delivery fees.

You have turned to be a scam robbing us day lights will really help to remove our details on ur app u delivered my food @ the gate tried explaining yo your diver that she. Needs to look AT THE notes i am on hospital ur driver didnt want to listen to me she did her own thing I want my refund. U are now playing a robbing game but soon the whole world will know

Driver showed up with someone else’s food and was late, Uber refused to help second order was late and damaged and no refund issue

Missing food constantly then they just refund the one missing item which doesn't help when you've a child missing food and it's £10 to reorder a £3.50 meal that's a mistake on their part

Never use this company. I’ve complained about missing food on multiple occasions and been told I’d receive refunds. Everytime this is false and I’ve never received the refund. To be told that I had a missing meal and they wouldn’t refund me because it was against the policy but they couldn’t/ and refused tell me how! Absolute scam

If I could give them no stars I would! Wrong food delivered (with food that have allergens in it). UberEats are currently refusing to give me a refund, despite the fact that A. it was the wrong order, B. we couldn't eat any of it due to allergen contamination, C. the food delivered was approx. £10 less than I paid for it!!!

I was charge 3 time for one ride got a refund for one but have a mission to get the refund of the other one and the support is up to shoot there is no number that works you cant get hold of any one to help you and they keep sending the same message uber you can do better.
