So you cannot find a set amount on how much they charge per mile.Their prices go from ten dollars to fifteen dollars to thirty dollars for a one way trip for less than five miles, in one week.
If a low-income person is trying to get to work each day, they do not have $30 to pay to go 5 miles. Good service but questionable pricing.

So I had a few issues with canceling Cooper one in a charge that was unfamiliar, so I got on Uber app and got on the chat with customer service. Her name is Faith, and she was by far impeccable with her customer service and professionalism! I want to give Faith a HIGH FIVE for making my Uber experience that much more enjoyable!
