Mostly in peak hours you will never get a ride. Then why do you boast about your app. Then, drivers keep cancelling.. Horrible service when we require the most

A scheduled Uber ride with Vanae On April 07, resulted in my mother being scammed for 55$, since when I was out unloading the luggage, she told her the amount. The ride had already been prepaid on the app. Uber also has zero customer service. Beware!!

Ordering is usually more good than bad just getting lucky enough to get a good driver, most are in it for the money not customer service.

So you cannot find a set amount on how much they charge per mile.Their prices go from ten dollars to fifteen dollars to thirty dollars for a one way trip for less than five miles, in one week. If a low-income person is trying to get to work each day, they do not have $30 to pay to go 5 miles. Good service but questionable pricing.

I'm very disappointed with the service, always showing a price when you order your car, then when you get charged, it charged you between 1 to 3 dollars up.

Then when I contacted customer service support, Instead of speaking to a human I get online chats and was taken to a whole other site.
