“Awful customer service, delayed response to queries and issues within the property. Waited 3 days in the middle of winter to repair a broken boiler which resulted in my 6 month old son suffering with a chest infection. Repeatedly received rude manner, and had the phone put down on us by the branch manager, Appalling.”
