Booked viewing and got confirmation with 2 week notic for the viewing date. Got confirmation call the morning of the viewing. We are moving regions so it's 4 hours away. 1 hour before the viewing we receive a phone call saying the viewing is cancelled as they don't have the keys from the vendors. After a few disgruntled emails and phone calls, we get told they now have access to the keys and the viewing can go ahead. The person showing us did not know anything about the property and kept responding "I only work Saturdays I dont know/ I am not sure" Although we liked the property, we will not be making an offer or proceeding. Now it makes sense why the property has been on the market for a year. I dealt with many many estate agents across the country. Never this unprofessional. This is a different standard of low.

Treat their tenants very poorly. Very bad customer service and rude staff. Do not resolve repair issues on time and use unprofessional and unreliable repair people. Avoid.

warning warning, do not trust these people with letting your place out,they put dss people in my place and the add said no dss, they charged me £95 for a epc, and i found out they did not do the epc, check they have done the epc on your place

Very rude and have a habit of not replying. Have seen personal info of clients too. Very unprofessional and ill-mannered. How they received an award is beyond me.

Awful customer service, delayed response to queries and issues within the property. Waited 3 days in the middle of winter to repair a broken boiler which resulted in my 6 month old son suffering with a chest infection. Repeatedly received rude manner, and had the phone put down on us by the branch manager, Appalling.
