Very sorry but my experience has not been as good. Lovely socks but only got 2/12 in subscription. I chased them and got told issue was resolved and got another pair then they stopped again. 11 months later and only 3/12 received. Very frustrating.

Like others below, I ordered a 6 month subscription as a gift. The first socks arrived on time, the second were a month late after I sent a chaser, and we haven't received any more since. They have blamed Brexit/Covid and maybe that's true, but they should not be taking new orders and new customer's money when they clearly know they cannot fulfill them.

Paid in advance for a 6 month subscription as a Christmas gift. 2 pairs recieved but nothing since January and absolutely no way to contact them to enquire about where the rest are. AVOID!

Ordered a Christmas subscription and have only received 2 pairs of socks! Have telephoned countless times, at different times of the day - never picked up! Have emailed using the online form - no reply! No other option but to seek legal advice as they have not fulfilled their contract! Used the company a couple of years ago & fantastic service, so such a shame this has happened

Ordered a 6 month subscription as a gift via Not On The High Street. First months arrived late but unlike some people it did arrive. Nothing since. They don't respond to contact through their website. Their email bounces back. Reviews on Facebook and Trust Pilot suggests this is a scam / fraud as rhey take your money but you don't receive any goods which is my experience also.

Paid for a 6 month subscription and received 1 pair of socks. Have contacted several times with no reply. I'm now wanting my money back. Do not use this supplier.

I have never received my firsts subscription box. I have called them countless times and sent three emails but never received a reply. I felt scammed and had to cancel the subscription having never received a delivery

Unfortunately I have to rate you very poor this month. The June subscription has not arrived. I have sent a message by replying to your despatch email and through ‘contact us’ on your website, both last week and still have not had any response from you. January to May have arrived a couple of days after despatch notification so I know there is a problem. Please respond!

Your customer service is shocking - I ordered a subscription as a gift back in November, followed up with emails and calls (several) and twitter messages - not a single one of these answered!!! Never would I recommend you or order again and if I could have cancelled my order, I would have done! Where is your customer service? It is certainly non existent, in my experience! A real disappointment and very frustrating!

2 sets of socks sent to my husband in the wrong size. Had correspondence over the months starting in September last year and sent photos etc as requested. Was told that he will receive those socks in the correct size. Have not received these. Have emailed countless times but am now being ignored.

The socks have been sent out but we have noticed that due to demand and COVID-19 there are delays within The Royal Mail. As long as you don’t need to talk to customer service I assume they are fine. Otherwise would love to give 0 star. You cannot reach them by phone or email. Lucky if you don’t have any questions. Otherwise I wish you luck and patience

I gifted my dad a six month sock subscription for Christmas. I recently found out he only ever received the first and last pair. Absolutely no response from consumer service. Would not recomend.

The product still has not been delivered. I have rang and also left messages and nobody has replied. Pls contact me ASAP. Very disappointed.
