“Revising my review. Their process is different than I am used to. But after communicating with them they were able to resolve the issue very quickly. It did take me a minute to find the seeds. Very discreet packaging, which I found pleasantly surprising. I would recommend this company. They should however change some of the things on their website when checking out and confirming an order. Overall very satisfied!”

“WOW!! Update! 4 days ago I placed our first order. Just received!! Every interaction I have had with Herbie's Customer Service Reps on chats exceeds any CSR encounter I have ever had. Violet even tracked my order for me earlier today (I lost tracking number). The order was actually being delivered by the USPS as we texted! The one seed we opened is beautiful and is already germinating! Perfectly packaged from the outer discreet envelope, to the inner resealable packet, to the individual plastic vial containing the seed. Herbie's needs to give courses on how to properly run a company! 1,000% satisfied.”

“I’ll start off with the positive: I was able to cancel my previous order on my own without issue. However, I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of seeds: All were small and of a singular color in the beige palette; no tiger striping or unique coloring. I ordered a few different strains, yet all were similar. I had feminized seeds from another breeder which were colorful and tiger striped, so I can’t chalk it up to “that’s just the quality of feminized seeds”. They also took a long time to germinate (7-10 days) and just look scrawny in comparison. Maybe my expectation was too high. Honestly, Wont be reordering.”

“Bought 6 bruce banner auto . LsD a u t o, granddaddy purple punch fast bud... done seeds same way for 15 years AND NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE. Out of the 7 autos 2 bruce banner popped 5... that's right 5 did not. Afraid to try and pop my last seed, cause afraid it won't come up. So out of 8 seeds 6 did not even pop... if theydont rectify it... like 77 dollars . I'll take my business elsewhere. Can u blame me..”
