“Herbies Worldwide is awesome which is why we tried Herbies USA. The seeds are extremely high priced (compared to worldwide), shipping was not as promised (had to call to locate order), no variety, can't reach customer service by phone and the chat person just gives incorrect information. You are unorganized with very poor customer service. No free seeds are offered and this isn't due to speedy delivery! I'm just going to wait until I can go back to Herbies Worldwide and use a credit card to order!! Can't tell you how disappointed I am, especially after bringing friends in to order.”

Regarding the price difference - indeed, the prices are a bit different for worldwide and USA express options, however the shipping time differs as well. “Only seed bank i have found in usa that doesn't make you do sketchy payment methods. Ordered kosher kush. Once you order you can track them right to your house. Shipped from new York to Indiana in 3 days. Seeds germinated without issue. Cant wait to see how they grow! Will be back again!! Im getting a bunch on my next order now that I know it's legit.”

“Fast shipping, ordered Bruce Banner autos. Used the paper towel method for germinating at 100% germination rate on 4 seeds. Currently about 10 days from harvest. The colas are super dense and I'm very happy with my purchase.”

“Package arrived quickly and discreetly. I started to germinate 3 seeds, one of them was a dud, but a fourth is germinating now. There was a mix up with my payment and customer service was top notch; they worked fast to resolve the issue. I highly recommend Herbies USA!”

“Do NOT use Herbies USA Express if the timing of shipping or if avoiding customs is important to you. Their website says, "orders typically arrive 48-72 hours after dispatch." This is false. My package is estimated to arrive 19 days after I paid. Even though I ordered through Herbies USA Express my shipment is still coming through international customs. Additionally, I do not recommend choosing from Herbies USA Express as opposed to Herbies Worldwide in an attempt to speed up shipping. I chose products specifically from the Herbies USA Express collection in order to avoid customs and receive my product quickly. Instead, my product is coming through international customs and is arriving 12 days later than was marketed. Lastly, their package-tracking website malfunctions and does not tell you when you need to be available to sign for the package. In summary, if timing of shipping and if a lack of customs involvement is important to you, then please avoid using Herbies USA Express.”

We have checked all the information and cannot confirm the provided information - the package was only moving within the USA, and regretfully was delivered within 8 days instead of normal 2-3 days. After triple checking we can also state that the tracking service operates properly and reflects correct current information, did you use an alternative tracking method to that that package? “Always loved Herbies. The prices at Herbies USA Express are really expensive though. 1 Herbies GORILLA GLUE #4 is $10.66 on their regular website. $20 on Herbies USA Express. Also, they only seem to carry Herbies seeds at Herbies USA Express. I'll stick with the other website for now.”

The USA express option has been presented recently, and indeed we are now only capable of providing a limited list of strains to select from, which might be extended in the future. “Was very pleased with s.h. it was fast, have no complaints about there prices. Only thing i seen negative was they mentioned a surprise with every order. I only got what I paid for, well better luck next time I guess. P.S. Herbie's has the most exotic selection i have ever seen. I will definitely order from them again.”

Regarding the gifts - we only issue them from our Spanish store currently, they are not yet available in the USA express branch, but we are working towards that and hopefully will be able to offer the extras from the USA storage too
