I would avoid Herbies all together. I really like how they provide literature to guide you through the process and provide assistance when question arise, however a 25% success rate is far from acceptable results. If this is common, then by all means take this review with a grain of salt. But if a 25% success rate is not common then you should pay close attention and not waste your time, money, or efforts. After much reading and researching I followed their suggestions and literature to a "T." From nutrition, watering, humidity, conditions, etc. this was my experience a 25% success rate. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in the results and after reaching out to Herbies I was told there was nothing that could be done. Item shipped and arrived on time was well packaged but produced 25% of the quantity purchased. Just an honest review from a real experience that I hope can help someone make an informed decision and I will not utilize them in the future.

This is the second time I'm leaving a review this is getting ridiculous I bought a seed and tried to get it to germination for 10 days nothing happened then u sent me a second one and it's been 8 days and still nothing I bought 15 seeds from another dealer and everyone sprouted in 4 days and is already in a pot growing I'm about to send u pics of your seed and the ones I got from a norther retailer that I started germination at the same time and their already growing I need a refund or one that's already sprouted I'm very disappointed 😥

I ordered 5 seeds and received 2 free. I have never had any issues with germination of seed in past 10 years. Only two germinated, nothing on the others, bad seeds!

I bought seeds and not one sprouted. So, I contacted them, they sent me replacements. 2 sprouted and then died, non of the others sprouted at all. I have grown lots of plants and large ones at that. 6 to 10 feet tall. Guess I'll just stick to to free seeds I can get on the street.

I bought 3 seeds got 1 free that’s great but the only one that sprouted was the free one. Very disappointed!

The seeds either do not germinate or they stunt. Dont use this company. They do not stand behind the products.

First time customer, one seed, it was bad ,14 days nothing ,they had me dig it out and send the picture of seed to get the guarantee, now, unless I order another seed ,they want make good on there commitment...sad 😔

Ordered seeds. They shipped super fast. But what was delivered were not seeds. I was sent a wine opener. NOT SEEDS. $40 wine bottle opener. Do not need that. This was a horrible first time buying seeds online. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Took 6 days for delivery. Only got 2 of the three of said ordered. Why they stuffing it with foam in the tubes I don't know. Really don't like getting shorted.

Bought 6 bruce banner auto . LsD a u t o, granddaddy purple punch fast bud... done seeds same way for 15 years AND NEVER HAD ANY TROUBLE. Out of the 7 autos 2 bruce banner popped 5... that's right 5 did not. Afraid to try and pop my last seed, cause afraid it won't come up. So out of 8 seeds 6 did not even pop... if theydont rectify it... like 77 dollars . I'll take my business elsewhere. Can u blame me..

I ordered fire og kush from big head seeds. I grew them out and all the plants had dark purple buds. Obviously not the seeds I ordered. I was told they wouldn’t make it right because the order was over 6 months old. I sent pics too. It was my outdoor crop

After talking to customer service they explained how there coverages work. So if you buy a pk of 5 seeds only 3 of the five sprout and do not coverage if one of the 3 are male. If you get a male they will not replace it. So they were going to seed me 3 seeds out of 5 that did not grow. I have to eat the male seed it is not covered . I Sharonstill have not revived them.

I spent close to $200 on seeds with this company. Half didn't pop. Blackberry moonrock didn't even open. I told them about it and they said they would make it right BUT they wanted photos.... the photo of a dead seed I threw away. I work with four other Growers and they've all been ripped off by this company. DO NOT TRUST THEM . I sent them pictures of three other seeds that had tried to pop but didn't make it. Because those three were in Rapid rooters they denied making it right. There are some excellent seed companies out there and this is not one of them
