The seeds I received was no good did not sprout not even one i was hoping they would make it right but I guess not

Happy to get the seeds quickly, but when I planted them in a seed mixture under a germination hood only 3 out of 8 sprouted and those did nothing. I would say they must be old seeds. The company will only send me 5 of their free seeds and charge me the $25 mailing fee. Forget that, I will grow from clones from now on.

My package was incorrectly addressed. When I contacted customer service they told me It had to have been my fault. So I showed them proof and got a letter from the postmaster General stating it was indeed lost in a facility after being marked undeliverable and when I reached back out I was told that herbies always gets the labels right and doesn't mess up and almost pursued legal action. All I really want is the seeds I bought my wife for her birthday. She does so much for us as a mother and deserves it.

We regret to hear about your situation, and we checked all the information regarding the order you've stated, that was sent and delivery attempted over half a year ago. According to the official postal information - the recipient was absent. From our end, we've double checked the postal labels and the information on them perfectly matches the information, provided by the recipient, thus we can not confirm that the package was sent incorrectly, unless the address, provided by the customer, was provided to us with a mistake. So I submitted a claim for some Blueberry Fast Version seeds that didn't germinate. Customer service was quick to answer but told me that I needed a bank transfer or bitcoin instead of credit card to pay for shipping. I asked why and they said because I purchased on worldwide site. But that wasn't true. I purchased on USA express site. I submitted proof and they still won't believe me. Herbies won't stand by the seed warranty. What a shame. I have been a loyal customer but doesn't matter with this company. Steer clear if you want a full service company.

They were expensive, slow, and full of conditions that came up only in their favor. I paid for a 10 to 16 days delivery I spoke with the sales representative asking for a delivery time, and He told me 10 to 16 days or that would refund me immediately, that is not true, herbies is holding my money and making me wait up to a month. On top of that they refund me by Bank transfer so which will take another 30 to 40 days, even when the sales representative made me pay via the Wise app, saying that I will receive the package/seeds faster than 10 to 16 days. I don't have the seeds, and I don't have my money so I can't buy somewhere else, they are holding my money for a very long period. This company is a scam, they are thieves, PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING HERE OR GIVING MONEY TO THIS PEOPLE, THEY DONT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU ARE BY YOURSELF. THIEVES, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOW!

Do NOT use Herbies USA Express if the timing of shipping or if avoiding customs is important to you. Their website says, "orders typically arrive 48-72 hours after dispatch." This is false. My package is estimated to arrive 19 days after I paid. Even though I ordered through Herbies USA Express my shipment is still coming through international customs. Additionally, I do not recommend choosing from Herbies USA Express as opposed to Herbies Worldwide in an attempt to speed up shipping. I chose products specifically from the Herbies USA Express collection in order to avoid customs and receive my product quickly. Instead, my product is coming through international customs and is arriving 12 days later than was marketed. Lastly, their package-tracking website malfunctions and does not tell you when you need to be available to sign for the package. In summary, if timing of shipping and if a lack of customs involvement is important to you, then please avoid using Herbies USA Express.

We have checked all the information and cannot confirm the provided information - the package was only moving within the USA, and regretfully was delivered within 8 days instead of normal 2-3 days. After triple checking we can also state that the tracking service operates properly and reflects correct current information, did you use an alternative tracking method to that that package? I was sent 8 bad seeds out of 22. I've been going back and forth with customer service for 3 weeks now. 36 emails. I'm going to just wash my hands of this company and report to the Better Business Bureau. I have spoke with Nolan and been lied to at least 3 times. Buyer beware of Herbies!

Herbies Worldwide is awesome which is why we tried Herbies USA. The seeds are extremely high priced (compared to worldwide), shipping was not as promised (had to call to locate order), no variety, can't reach customer service by phone and the chat person just gives incorrect information. You are unorganized with very poor customer service. No free seeds are offered and this isn't due to speedy delivery! I'm just going to wait until I can go back to Herbies Worldwide and use a credit card to order!! Can't tell you how disappointed I am, especially after bringing friends in to order.
