“I have had success with Herbie's USA on multiple occasions now. Extremely fast shipping and delivery. They offer incredible pricing on the products, especially considering the high quality and tier levels of the genetics. The customer service is top notch, and they personally make it their mission to answer any questions you may have, or to help you find specific genetics you may be searching for. I have been a long time customer of Herbie's (since before they moved to Spain) and I have never been disappointed or had any bad experiences throughout the years. When the USA headquarters opened I was originally worried that there would be issues with delivery and availability, but luckily that has not been the case at all. This is an amazing company and seed distributor. If for some reason your package doesn't arrive or if your seeds don't germinate, Herbie's USA will ship you a replacement order. They do offer refunds if needed, but I can't personally speak on their refund policy because I have never had the misfortune of needing to be refunded. Every single order has been a success. Even during a global pandemic, Herbie's was there fulfilling the needs of their customers. I will never shop anywhere else so long as Herbie's is up and running.”

“Every transaction has been swift and almost "Microsoft for dummies" easy. Any issues or questions are immediately and kindly dealt with by the knowledgeable staff. Despite the sporadic small orders I make, every single seed has germinated and usually within 3 days! If you want to try your hand at growing there's nowhere better to shop. I can honestly say I have no complaints save 1, and that is only that I see on every page ads including the tagline for gifts and xtra seeds in every order only I have not received any. It is a minor annoyance though and should not deter anyone from partaking in their vast selection of strains.”

“I was concerned about ordering seed by mail... So I had a friend in a another state where you can legally grow rec - Florida is VERY sketchy!! - and the order was delivered in 3 days. I'm 75 and to be able to grow my own herb is great; I've grown a lot of herb back in the day, using seed that came with the commercial smoke, and in shipment a friend that had been in Nam managed to bring home, but never dreamed that I would have such variety of HIGH TEST, auto-flower!!!! Being from the 60s I went with LSD and am I happy that I did. Reminds me of early Humboldt Purple but bigger kick! It took 94 days, but thank you HERBIES USA”

“Seeds arrived in about a week. Ordering process was super easy. Customer support chat was really great before pushing my order through. Receive the seeds some of them didn't look right white and hollow. There wasn't any slaps which really bummed me out All the seed distributors send stickers and a lot of times freebies. To get you interested in other breeders. So I sent an email about the quality of the seeds like chat suggested and no one ever got back to me. Before sales A+ After sales D”
