“My first order with Herbneden was the travel set. I thought it would be a great way to try different scents and different items. I love the soaps so much, I ordered the 5 for $25 regular size bars a couple of weeks later. They arrived a couple of days ago and I am trying new scents. So far I am loving it. I really like the deodorant too. In the travel size the deodorant is in a jar which was a little difficult to get out ( I used a q-tip). Other than that I liked it. Grapefruit and peppermint works for me. With the travel pack you also get a body oil, shower gel and body butter. They were really nice and smelled great! Because it was so hot when I ordered it, the body butter had melted, but I read on the website to place it in the fridge to get it to turn to a more solid state. My quest to support black owned businesses has not been in vain. Thank you Herbneden for your quality products that just happen to smell so good!”

“In reviewing just the product and not mentioning the length of time it took to ship, the oil is actually quite nice. Pretty good size for the price. I did not like the scent that I got but it's a great oil. I would purchase again (different scent this time) but I'm not looking to deal with the long shipping times again.”
“I ordered four travel sets. Great products, travel sets were ordered to share the experience with pals. However, when I received the package, I was shocked when I received the tiny box. In my mind, I thought the items would be larger. I was so disappointed when I opened the box and discovered the sets were not package as sets, instead they were jumbled together. It was clear there is no attention to detail. I was forced to separate the order, despite the selections clearly being individual. Luckily, I kept notes on what was ordered as the document in the box was in y'alls language and not mine.
I suggest you'll take your time and package and ship items with care and presentation in mind. Also, after sifting through the items, there was a bar of soap with no label, one bar of soap missing and an extra bar of soap! Again attention to detail, don't be sloppy. Despite the order taking a month to ship, which is understandable, because your business went viral, for all the right reasons. Thanks for all the updates on product shipping, it made a big difference. I am satisfied with the products as a whole and would recommend to others and will reorder, just as soon as y'all have free shipping.😉”

They didn't have the rose water one i ordered so they replaced it with another one I didn't order. and didn't tell me or refund the extra money I paid to get it in the 5 for 25. overall I'll still rate them 4 stars 🌟 because I love the way it makes my skin feel...”
