“Great price, great van, disappointing knowledge of customer service person. The gentleman handling the vans at their Chertsey branch needs more training on their computer platform. It has been two weeks now and I am still waiting for the return of my £250 deposit paid when I booked online. I hired for 24h on the 29th November 2021.”
