“I bought these for my BF at Christmas. He had been wanting a pair of orange shoes but could not find any locally in the USA. He loves the Hey Dude brand, and when I seen these online I knew they’d be the perfect gift. I was right, he loves them!”

“Horrible Shipping!!! I have ordered a pair of shoes for my boyfriend for his birthday. It showed to be delivered early. That didn’t happen. Then it says that the order would be delivered on his birthday FEB 7th. It showed it was out for delivery. Never came. Check the tracking and it shows “no such number” which of course it is I use it on every website and never have a problem. Have emailed them multiple times. No answer. Tried the carrier they use (DHL) no answer. Postal service. No answer. I have used my address for amazon and other websites and they are full able and capable is finding my home. I checked the order number just in case I put the wrong address in. Turns out it’s all correct and means someone from hey dudes messed up my order and now I’m having to pay the consequences of some dumbass who can’t read 3 numbers correctly or can’t spell. 🙄 if it wasn’t for this problem and the little help I have received to fix the problem I would order from their website again for sure…..but after this….not again. I’ll get them through Amazon who is DEPENDABLE!”

“The shoes are amazing and comfortable but shipping is HORRIBLE. It said 3-7 day delivery. I keep checking and it just saying the shipping label was made and hasn’t been shipped…..but 3 days ago it said it was going to be delivered…but wasn’t. Now just says only shipping label has been made and waiting on carrier! 🤬 like what the hell. Their shipping company is horrible, they are amazing shoes I will say that but ordering from their website is HORRIBLE!!!”

“I absolutely give Hey Dude UK a 5 ***** RATING. This was my first time ordering from Hey Dude.com UK, and I’m very impressed and would highly recommend ordering from them. Fast delivery Big Selection to choose from. I was able to get 2 pairs of Eloise suede boots from Hey Dude UK, within 2 weeks that I haven’t been able to get from Hey Dude in the Us for over a year. “I WOULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ZERO STARS!!! I placed my order on the 29th of November today is January 2nd and I have yet to receive my order? I have repeatedly attempted to contact Hey-dudes directly via email, and phone no response period!!! DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM HEY-DUDES THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND KEEP THEIR SHOES!!!”
