“Struggled to find the pair i was after that i had previously bought several times as all out of stock everywhere so chose these to find the front tab very high so too tight for foot to get in - now the hassle of returning - love the slip in element which these proved not to be”

“Been wearing dude shoes for years and have always worn a size 12 - these come out very small and don't fit at all. Unfortunately wore them straight outside so now cant return them, very disappointing”

We are afraid but it took 12 Days to clear US customs. We expect your order to be delivered to you in the next couple of days. Sorry but The Coronavirus is causing delays on deliveries for our international orders.

“Have given them to a friend as they have leather on the insole, didn’t realise when ordering that they contain animal skin and I cannot understand the logic in that. Never expected a canvas shoe to not be ethical.”

“Unfortunately this size 11 was too small so had to return them. Usually wear size 11 Dude shoes as have 3 other pairs which I love. So comfortable, easy to wear and can wash in the machine. So disappointed the didn’t fit this time.”

“I purchased my first pair of dude’s last year on holiday so comfy and well made I loved I could wear them without socks. Last week I purchased the mid wash coral pair, firstly they’re are pink not coral, first thing I noticed with this pair was how rough they felt inside like the material hadn’t been cut properly I’ve worn them for 10 minutes in the house and they’ve cut my feet both sides where it’s all rough! Not happy”

“The shoes themselves are lightweight and attractive however your sizing is quite wrong. A UK mens size 12 is NOT a 46 If you got your size translation correct and stocked a mens size 12 I would buy a lot more of your shoes. As it is you've lost a customer”

“Having many pairs of Dude shoes over the years and found them very comfortable. Very sad to find that maybe the manufacturing has changed,so that they are a narrower and smaller fit, and have gone the same way as other shoe makers in the UK.”

“Whilst the product looked brilliant the sizing was dubious . I am always a size 42 but could not even get my foot in ! Product returned and larger size requested - hopefully these fit.”

“Inconsistently wash finished - front stitching not the same and basically the right shoe looks like a Friday afternoon rush job - don’t fit as wide or as comfortably as my Farty’s !”

Hello, The Wally style of shoe does not fit as wide as the Farty Style. If you prefer a very wide fitting shoes look out in the description for "Ultra-relaxed wide fit" These styles of shoes should be a similar fit to what you are used to. Regarding the finish of the shoes, the washed fabric is exactly that, all these shoes are washed to provide a stone washed effect so each shoe will differ from the next. This effect will exaggerate over time like a pair of jeans. If you have any stitching issues, please forward us any images and we will be able to look in to the matter for you. Kind regards,
