“ I received an sms days ago to say the order is out for delivery that day. Nothing arrived and then the next day same sms, I then called them yesterday and made a complaint and all I got was another sms to say complaint logged and still no delivery!!! I was expecting this for my Sons birthday and it was not cheap so I am livid ”
