“This company is garbage. I placed an order with them a year and a half ago and the order took 2 months to arrive. I bought 3 five packs of seeds. The first 5 all germinated fine as expected, but 2 didn't grow. The rest of my entire order germinated and grew well, so I tried to place another order, but this time I wasn't able to checkout because it kept saying that they didn't accept the type of card that I used (the same card as the first time). So,when to my surprise I was finally able to place my order order and I received confirmation for the order June 26. It's now August 4, and I just checked to see if the order was in transit and my card charged. The site says that it is awaiting MESH approval. Why did I have to investigate the situation in order to find this out? This company sucks and the owner may be too involved in using their own products to the detriment of the company's success. The prices are cheaper than the competition, but you don't get what you pay for.”
“This company is such a scam! They said they shipped to my address, 4 months later still nothing so they said they would ship again. When neither shipment arrived they said it might have been seized by customs and refused to refund my money. They have no proof of ever shipping my order and also refused to give me tracking info. Lesson learned I suppose. Hope no one else has learn the hard way like I did. Avoid this company at all cost!!”

“Don't waist your Time or Money!
I followed their suggestions and put the seeds in warm water until they germinated. Then I transferred them to soil but their never sprouted. I later found out from Rocket Seeds dot com that this will often fail and it is better to use the paper towel method.
When I explained what happened all they kept telling me is to germinate them in water not soil. They did not read my messages and didn't offer to send me new seeds.

“I have not received my order. I purchased in Feb and it has not even made it to my country. When I sent an email I was reassured the order would be sent again. It was the same tracking number and it has not left. Phone number is not reachable, delivery never shows I asked for a refund. Not wasting my breath. 95 dollars I’ll never see again.”

“I ordered seeds 10-11-20, 12-15-20 I notified them that I hadn't received seeds and they said they shipped a 2nd order. 2-6-21 I notified then I still hadn't received any seeds. The said I must receive the seeds or a letter from customs. 3-1-21 I notified them again and got the same response. Now it's 4-10-21 and still no seeds, no letter and no refund. Stay away from these crooks.”
