I ordered seeds with them in August and have been going back and forth FOR MONTHS. Saying they shipped it twice and i didn’t “pay for track and trace” even though it’s free over $100 which i spent.

“I ordered seeds 10-11-20, 12-15-20 I notified them that I hadn't received seeds and they said they shipped a 2nd order. 2-6-21 I notified then I still hadn't received any seeds. The said I must receive the seeds or a letter from customs. 3-1-21 I notified them again and got the same response. Now it's 4-10-21 and still no seeds, no letter and no refund. So I bought some seeds from this company. They took almost a month to say they were even in transit. Then I email them because it’s taking so long. They tell me it’s already been delivered. I never received them. After about 30 emails back and forth they just keep repeating the same thing over and over. It was delivered contact USPS. Wow. I just can’t believe that they care so little about customer service. The rudeness and the terrible customer service leads me to believe it’s a scam. So don’t buy anything from High Supplies. Even if what you get arrives I have to believe it will be poor quality of knock off. Please go through and read the reviews about this website before buying anything. I wish I had. I might have gotten the seeds I ordered.”
“I placed an order on 8/24/2020, within an hour (even though this was very late at night) I got an email saying my order had been shipped. The date is now 10/21/20. I have reached out to customer service twice now, which has been ZERO help. When I first messaged them (at 30 days) they told me to wait till 35 days had passed to message them again about my order. Stating that it takes 35 days to ship to the US. I waited multiple WEEKS, messaged back and then was given another excuse saying “oh you didn’t chose track and trace, so it will take longer”. This is completely different from the first answer they gave me and at this point I’m having to call my bank and dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.”

“Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Ordered in April, emailed the support email in May, was told slow delivery due to Covid and to please wait ten more days. Understandable, waited ten days then emailed again. Was told orders from March were just arriving. Waited a month, emailed and was told they reshipped it. Waited a month, neither shipment arrived. Emailed, was given the exact (same punctuation errors) same copy pasted message saying wait ten day, asked for invoice proof it was coming, customer service said “ we guarantee it’s coming”. I stated I need proof it has shipping or I request a refund. They said no refund until they get the returned order. I type out a paragraph basically saying meet me half way as I’m the only one trying to solve this. Response was “wait 15 day”. Absolutely ridiculous. I saved all the emails. Over 3 1/2 months later, and still nothing.”
“So far one star. Ordered seeds April 30, 2020 and have not received. I see others that said they got their seeds in three day. The charge on my card was to something that said Jumbo Shorts. Not feeling any warm fuzzies here. When I contacted them, they do not provide tracking numbers, and could not provide any estimate of arrival other that things delayed by Corona virus.”
“My friends and I have been using highsupplies.com since 2014 with around 20 separate orders totaling around 250 seeds. All deliveries received by the specified date or earlier. In six years three seeds failed to germinate, we didn't ask for a refund as this is quite reasonable, although other customers I know have received replacements after filling out a questionnaire. All orders were complete, well protected, and discreet. Once they even over delivered, sending out the same order twice, my friend checked and they only charged her once.”
