If they make a mistake (incorrect delivery/ item) they want the customer to pay for the return. Zero apology, zero ownership, but 100% unprofessional and rude answer's.

“Totally disappointed. First they use this third party clearing house in Georgia that takes your money but you can’t talk to them. Seeds finally arrived in a reasonable time but were crushed to pieces from inadequate packaging. Sent e mails but they don’t respond. It’s too difficult to deal with them. I would say go elsewhere.”

After patiently waiting emailed customer service the said the was just around the corner so I wait a few days thought they where sending some more I was happy thinking I would actually get my seeds. Wrong to pay for the tracking number and they said they ship them same day same day by air and tell her I still assumed I was getting my shades and tell her they popped off someone must have took them or something so since they didn't get them back I didn't get a refund or my product or even a discount for the next one so I would not recommend buying from this website at all rude customer service and they were not even trying to talk to me besides giving me false information”
“I see now why High Supplies has such a low review score. Customer service has been absolutely ridiculous to deal with. Over 8 emails been sent back & forth & still can't get an answer. They have wasted my time in which this matter could have been taken care of with in 2 emails. Their a joke & can careless about your purchases & your experience with them. Plenty of other seed banks to find what I need in the future. I'd rather pay extra then to deal with an idiot that gives you the run a round for a week through emails.”
