“I'm having the same exact bad experience with this company. The seeds take months to arrive to the states. I ordered 3 times , the Afghan seeds took 4 months to arrive. They all germinated well , 2 of the plants were runts and probably would have been culled in another grow. I'm on day 54 of flower today and still no sign of maturing. I also ordered amnesia haze feminized they arrived in 4 months I germinated 1 for my new grow consisting of only four plants , to my surprise 23 days later my feminized amnesia haze begins flowering in my seedling tent waiting on my last afghan grow to finish. I ordered a 3rd time a cheese autoflower which still has not arrived after 6 months I emailed high supplies and told them I recieved wrong seeds for my amnesia haze and that they essentially ruined the grow I had planned in my 3x3 tent bottom line is high supplies deflected responsibilities and insulted and accused me of wrongdoing basically. THIS COMPANY TOTALLY SUCKS WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE,and I placed 3 verifiable orders . Not again and when my friends ask about this fine afghan herb I did grow High supplies wont be credited . Dont waste your time with this company I have had no problem finding better suppliers once I started looking.”
“First batch of seeds never came a month and a half later and back and forth arguing with a sales loser on email. When I finally got the seeds and harvested the flower you can immediately tell that the seeds are bad and produce low quality flower. Do not trust this company go to IGLM”
“Worst company ever. Ordered seeds in august, 2020. Nothing has arrived and it’s mid December. Asked for a refund and they said they will send more product. I don’t want product at their point. They said the only way they can refund is if I return the seeds (that I don’t have) or get the customs letter (that I don’t have). Horrible customer service. Go to ILGM. This company is much better and sends product extremely fast.

I ordered seeds with them in August and have been going back and forth FOR MONTHS. Saying they shipped it twice and i didn’t “pay for track and trace” even though it’s free over $100 which i spent.
They keep saying don’t worry it’ll come and if customs sends you a letter we will send again.
No offers for refunds, nothing. They are fake do not waste your money.

So I placed a second order 2weeks later and got that order in 20days. My first order has yet to arrive. they said they sent me a new order on 10/12. It’s dec 5 and no order or letter from customs. They don’t care about screwing people over. Why wouldn’t they pay for tracking like other companies do. I will never do business with this company again. So I bought some seeds from this company. They took almost a month to say they were even in transit. Then I email them because it’s taking so long. They tell me it’s already been delivered. I never received them. After about 30 emails back and forth they just keep repeating the same thing over and over. It was delivered contact USPS. Wow. I just can’t believe that they care so little about customer service. The rudeness and the terrible customer service leads me to believe it’s a scam. So don’t buy anything from High Supplies. Even if what you get arrives I have to believe it will be poor quality of knock off. Please go through and read the reviews about this website before buying anything. I wish I had. I might have gotten the seeds I ordered.”

“I placed an order on 8/24/2020, within an hour (even though this was very late at night) I got an email saying my order had been shipped. The date is now 10/21/20. I have reached out to customer service twice now, which has been ZERO help. When I first messaged them (at 30 days) they told me to wait till 35 days had passed to message them again about my order. Stating that it takes 35 days to ship to the US. I waited multiple WEEKS, messaged back and then was given another excuse saying “oh you didn’t chose track and trace, so it will take longer”. This is completely different from the first answer they gave me and at this point I’m having to call my bank and dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.”
