“Engine failed within a month and a half not there fault but wots happening now is there fault .After sales is shocking no return calls I’m currently 22 thousand out of pocket and now transferring calls might of got better service from a back street garage avoid at all cost”

It sounds like things started off badly with your engine failing within a month and a half. But we understand that what is happening now is indeed our responsibility. We are sorry that the after-sales service has been shocking. That you have been left 22 thousand out of pocket, and that transferring calls has been necessary. Regarding your advice to avoid our business at ‘all cost’, we would be curious to know what we can do to make things better and demonstrate the quality of service that we value so highly.
