“The site is very easy to use and to order on-line. I messed up my order and rang for help. This was prompt, friendly and resolved my mistake at once. I ordered two items. The One (a book) came next day the other (a newspaper) came on the last day of the delivery window. The delivery timeline is not precise so not very helpful.”

“Having recieved the product ordered and despatched my only comment is regarding the completion of the comments that you type up and I thought would be completed and embossed on the front cover and not a typed label that is stuck on an inside page of the book. This is not made clear from the details on the web ordering system this needs to be advised on the details of your web page to prevent any confusion that I was expecting to be completed with my order.”

“The book came without message printed in it and I am now awaiting delivery of this , I hope it looks ok . I was asked to send a photo of book with missing message, how could I take a photo of nothing !!!! It took all afternoon sending and receiving emails before it was finally sorted.”

“It was my first time using this site, you know how it is a baby is born and the one thing you forget to do is buy a newspaper....that is unless you already get one regularly. I was also amazed to find that the newspaper and date that I wanted was the one they delivered. On some places I have seen that if the date and publication isn't available they'll send you something close to it, like if you shop online with your local supermarket and they make a substitution. It came as described. The outer box perfectly fitted the inner box - which was the most basic of the boxes you could order. Looked a little bigger than I thought, with the certificate of authenticity on the top and the newspaper, wrapped in tissue paper, underneath. There were some issues with getting e-mails about my basket not being empty, maybe it's down to this aging browser I was using but they quickly got rectified. All in all I got the perfect gift for the perfect person, well no-ones perfect.”

“Have not yet received my items that I've ordered so can't give a review on that yer, the website was quite easy to find what I wanted. Only thing I would say if there is no option to cancel and re order. I placed my order on black friday weekend and misread it and though the discount was automatically taken off, I was rushing whilst ordering to try and beat the count down timer for when black friday ended, and paid straight off. Day latern I realised I hadn't saved myseldom any money and the discount went to waste. I tried looking to see if I could cancel and re order but like I said was no option other to ring them, which isn't too difficult but so much easier to do it with a few clicks”

“Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful presentation box and certificate with the paper carefully held in tissue paper. The paper it’s self was amazing and a wonderful insight into 1973 the year my mum was born. Mum absolutely loved it and was fascinated by some of the stories. A wonderful gift for those not so easy to buy for.”

“The paper in the frame looks great, but I wouldn't say it's easy to take out to read and put back. Rather than an easy open and close set up, it has about a dozen annoying little metal tabs to pry open and bend back.”

“Was looking for a gift to celebrate a special birthday so a newspaper from the date of birth seemed a good idea. Choice of papers was good easy to order and add a presentation box. I was kept informed of the progress of my order & the Product arrived in just a few days & whole process was very smooth. Very pleased.”
