“Been a regular customer for years and can never fault the books which are always excellent value for money. Sadly, the customer service was very poor this time! Paid for a tracked delivery for 2nd or 3rd December only to be told this was not guaranteed and it would be delivered on 6th! Customer Service advisor very dismissive of the issues this caused and basically offered to refund the difference in postage or cancel my order. Very unlikely to purchase again as a result. Thanks for your response which relates to an earlier order I placed on 17th November and had no issues with. It’s the order placed at the end of November which relates to my review. I spoke with your customer services team on Friday 3rd December at 12:51pm”

“I have ordered twice from here, and apart from the expected good product and delivery, the customer service is also good as I had to return a newspaper because I had ordered the wrong date. I thought that my Father was 93, and he was in fact 92! The return was easy as their communications were good and I then ordered the correct newspaper.”

“I was thrilled with the newspaper in a beautiful presentation box. It was a gift for my mother's 90th birthday. At that age it is really difficult to find a gift so this was ideal. She was over the moon. It's an unusual and thoughtful present. My husband was quite jealous and I will probably have to get him one for his birthday.”
