“The newspaper is in pristine condition, but obviously a genuine old paper. The presentation box is lovely, and the authentication certificate with my personal message on it just rounds it off as a lovely gift for a special occasion.”

“There is a lot to like about historic-newspapers, they seem to carry a huge stock and a good choice of publications. On the downside, I paid £31.48 for one publication, when it arrived it had a name written in ink on the front cover (looks like the name for a newspaper delivery boy). I contacted the company, only to be told that it was the nature of the product and some will have crosswords filled in etc. Whilst I accept that, I do believe individual blemishes should be highlighted to customers prior to making the purchase. I was offered a return/buy another copy, but warned it could be in worse condition.”
