“I bought a personalised, red leather album in a presentation box. There are so many articles in it. It looks great and is a good starter for many conversations over coffee and the like: “Do you remember…?” “I didn’t know …” “Look at what he looked like in …” “How many years ago is it since …?””

“I upgraded my purchase to add the wine and a lovely presentation box. 1st fault was they didn’t have the Sunday Post as that was the newspaper I had chose. Next the wine they gave as part of the presentation box was only a £9.50 bottle I could buy from Tesco. So disappointing!”

“I placed an order on your website with the expectation of receiving it by February 14th, but as of February 19th, my product has yet to arrive. Not only did I have to pay exorbitant shipping fees, but I was also unexpectedly charged high customs duties akin to what one might pay for a newspaper. I hope that when the product finally arrives, it doesn't add to the disappointment. Additionally, I regret not taking advantage of the site's promotional offers and instead opting for a costly purchase. Overall, I'm deeply dissatisfied with my shopping experience.”
