“Very interesting service, paper was in good condition and had been repaired. The second newspaper (optional extras £15 for a paper 100 years older than the one you order) is really worth it. Fascinating reading. The only issue I had was that I paid for the most expensive postage option but that still did not cover weekend delivery despite being over £7 for a small/medium parcel but customer service did get back to me on Monday to confirm this was the case. I may have misread that this postage option didn't include weekend delivery so no stars deducted for that. Second time I've ordered from them, would order again. EDIT: I've updated this from 4 stars to 5 stars. I mentioned in my feedback to them that the box was slightly damaged and a new box has just arrived! I didn't even ask for a replacement. Good show guys, brilliant customer service!”

The collectors box, certificate of authenticity and quality of the Newspaper itself just made for such an experience in the unwrapping. I was pleasantly surprised! “Brilliant customer service.The order arrived incorrect and I rang them. Followed up by an email, the product was then resent as urgent and shipping refunded. Unfortunate that it was wrong initially but they made every effort to fix it ASAP. And it’s such a personal and special gift. ?”
