“Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. Whilst mistakes happen, especially with couriers. When the newspaper I ordered in plenty of time failed to arrive on time (paid extra for next day over night delivery) it was me who had made a mistake. Rather than an apology, I was made to feel I had made the mistake, and indeed I had... ordering from this company was the mistake, one I shall not make again.”

“I recent purchase the Wimbledon history book and previously had purchased a 75th birthday gift (a newspaper from his date of birth) and both gifts have been unusual, well received and very well presented. I cannot compliment the tennis history enough- I bought the A3 version so it can actually be read easily. It makes a beautiful coffee table book and is very well put together. I find the gifts from this company incredibly unique and I like that you can personalise them.”
