It was beautifully presented & although our friend is a times reader, he loved the amount of information & graphics in the mirror. The book is a little larger than i imagined but it does say the dimensions & it does need to be a fair size to be seen properly. An excellent keepsake gift which we will buy again!”

“Unfortunately there was an error with my order (wrong date of newspapers throughout the book). I reported this straight away and the lady I spoke to was extremely apologetic and reordered me another book which arrived fairly quickly. This was an 80th birthday present for my dad and it could have been a disaster had I not ordered the book in plenty of time. This is the first time I have used Historic Newspapers and I would certainly do so again, however, I do think that quality control department needs to be more vigilant when processing orders to ensure that the newspaper date ordered matches both the front cover and inside of the books.”

“I wanted the Yorkshire Post for my husbands 80th birthday, (he is a Yorkshire man, now living in another county!) Just to see what was happening on the day he was born. The paper arrived on time and was just what I wanted.”

“This is a very unique item and I bought it for my boss who has everything. One thing I will say is it is a lot bigger than I expected. It may be hard for him to display. My only issue is that the protective layer before the newspaper came wrinkled and doesn’t appear to be able to fix.”
