“Very good service”

“I have bought three of the Daily Telegraph in the last six months. In the first two I was given the opportunity to include a personalised message but not in the the most recent one. I wrote to complain about this but never received a response - I would have expected better customer service.”

“It’s a good concept ,but I understand the papers are quite old but they are very blurry , it’s my sons fourteith birthday this year but I don’t know if you have included it in his book which would have been a nice gesture as I did not know you did birthday ones , had I known I would have waited and got him one off them done instead .”

“Updating my previous reviews. I'm so sorry that hadn't seen other reviews before ordering from you because I certainly wouldn't have done so looks like you are sending so many people the wrong items that were requested will say it again I definitely know I ordered the Daily Express born on the day newspaper I received a large book with front pages of various newspapers. Mostly blurred print I have emailed them twice for a refund. Or the paper I requested. this has cost me over 60 pounds which I cannot afford to lose”

“The newspaper was on 6 pages which was disappointing and the size was not mentioned on the discription on line. Felt it would not make an impressive birthday present. I have returned it to Historic Newspapers.”
