It came in a lovely gift box and my brother was delighted with his gift. I will definitely use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them .”

“Product is Great, experience not so good. Ordered an urgent delivery that did not turn up in time for my dads 80th Birthday. Appreciate I ordered late, but I would expect a quicker service when paying for an urgent delivery. Still disappointed with your reply, my 'urgent' order was placed Friday afternoon not Friday evening as you have suggested. Customer Service disappointing & now misleading, your comments have been changed!”

“I ordered an anniversary edition for my parents 70th wedding anniversary. Lovely hardback cover with inscription on the first page. The presentation box completes the look for a special occasion. It arrived in good time and in good condition.”

“Got a personalised book for a relatives 50th birthday, description for it rang out quality. However, it was delivered 4 days after the advised date (waiting 12 days for delivery). The personalised piece was a sticker that had been printed with the recipients name and a message which looked cheap and nasty. To add insult it wasn't even applied straight. The contents of the book also has adult chat line advertisements in there as well. Disappointed, would not recommend.”
