“I was charged twice because your login system and payment screen was playing up. I asked for a refund and was refused. The quality of the product was all. It was all in black and white expect for the last 10 pages or six the print was very small. Coming from a customer service role myself for the past 20 years this has to be the worst customer service I have received.”
