I ordered 3 separate items for 3 different people as Christmas presents. around 9th of December more than 2 weeks before Christmas Dispite paying for courier service and being assured that they were on their way and would arrive between 17th and 20th of December apparently they were actually sent by post and when i rang up to check where my order was after the 20th I was informed that they appear to have been lost in the post. Not a lot of Ho Ho in my house as a result !”
