“I received a newspaper that I didn’t order, from someone born in NY. I wasn’t able to return it because return address was in England & the postage to send it back excede the cost of the magazine, no Ph# either, I was stuck with it.”

“Ordered 2 football books with gift boxes. Receive the first one and it was completely wrong with a baseball on the cover and no gift box. They sent a corrected new book still without a gift box…now that I’m asking for a refund for the box, I’m being ghosted. The other book was sent correctly.”
