“The whole process was made very easy, and the resulting parcel when it arrived was a delight. Our grandchild not only has a newspaper for the day he was born but it arrived in an attractive box with a lovely 'certificate' which personalised the whole thing and gave a record of why they received a copy. The only complain I could have is that the envelope was wet but that may have been out of your control.
