“Great service the book arrived very quickly after order placed. Inside is a great selection of newspapers with articles of your team the only downside was the size of the text on the newspapers. I solved this by buying a magnifying sheet”

“The ordering process was reasonably simple and the product itself was excellent and appreciated by the recipient. The bit in the middle was the problem part - it was ordered well in time for a birthday and the tracking said expected delivery 15 or 16 of March and the tracking information never changed even though the product had not been delivered...it arrived on the 22nd 5 days after the birthday!”

“Disappointing. There was an error in the compilation of the year book ordered and a replacement was not sent in time. Customer Services while perfunctory and polite wasn’t really helpful unless pressed each time and didn’t go above and beyond. Product is ok - but dusty when received and quality of pages ok/mediocre photocopy. Nice idea - poorly executed and wouldn’t order again owing to Customer Service received.”

“I bought a "vintage" bottle of wine and a copy of the times for £100. I was sent a £10 bottle of wine, and an amercian newspaper. When I criticised the wine I was sent a highly defensive copy and pasted explanation of what "vintage" was, then essential detailed its as "wine", it was an explanation that would only have to be concocted to defend the sale of cheap wine marketing as being better. Shoddy company. Avoid like the plague. I cant sent the gift back, as stated clearly to them so I asked for a partial refund and have been ignored. Youll read their pathetic attempts at customer service below. "The customer rejected our offer at a full refund". Yes, of course I did. What am I going to do, to the recipient and ask for the gift back? The customer service insight of a 5 year old child. Not the mention the defence, of "we don't stipulate what bottle we will send you". Literally reeks of deceit. I paid £100, one hundred pounds, and received a bottle you can buy for £9.16. Please let this display of stupidity inform your buying decisions. AVOID THIS COMPANY”
