“I purchased a Personalised Newcastle United Book - A3 Brown Leatherette (Colour Pages) for my husband as a Christmas gift. He had previously bought one for his friend's birthday and when that one arrived, we were so impressed with the quality. I immediately ordered one for my husband as a surprise. When his arrived however, the binding on the front was loose and not "perfect" but I received fantastic customer service relating to that and was offered another copy or a discount of 50% (having sent photographs of the book). All along the customer service was brilliant and this is what makes an online purchase all the better. I therefore cannot recommend the company highly enough.”
