“I ordered a Saturday newspaper but it came without the supplemental magazine, which was the part that I had wanted. This would have been less of a complaint had I not rung them before placing the order and been assured that supplements would be included. On the positive side, the paper was delivered very promptly and the returns procedure is straightforward. Also, the lady I spoke to afterwards with regard to my disappointment was very understanding and apologetic.”
