“I sent for 2 pairs of hockey shoes for my daughter as it is her first pair and needed to make sure she had a choice. I had read the refund policy which seemed straightforward. From returning 1 pair on 12th Feb with tracked delivery it took until 4th March to receive the refund - that was after chasing twice. The hockey shoes are fine but just be aware that the return process is not great”

“Ordering was fine but it took a long time from order placement to delivery. Items were in stock so I was unsure as to why there was such a wait and no updates during the process regarding any delay or waiting time.”

HI Chris, Thanks for leaving a review. I can see the items stated there would be an delay by a couple of days however we took longer to fulfil the order. We will look into why this happened to prevent this from happening in the future.
