I've been waiting for a refund when I cancelled my booking. I booked a car hire on 02/04/17 for holiday starting on 03/09/17. I cancelled that booking and made another booking on 01/08/17. I was told that I would receive my refund within 10 working days from 01/08/17. I've been told on several occasions that my refund would be refunded 10 working days of August 1st, 21st,29th and 31 August. Why are they telling me LIES?

How is holiday autos allowed to fraudulently withhold my money when they failed to provide my car and lied as to the reason why. I have proof of their lies and am suing them.
