“My problem with Homeaglow isn't with the way their employees cleaned - I had three different workers, and they all were great cleaners. My problem with them is the fact that they cancel so often. I understand emergencies come up, but every other time? I think Homeaglow needs to teach their employees about keeping promises, or perhaps provide pickup and delivery services when their cars inevitably break down. Having cleaners book your cleaning and then cancel at the last minute is disrespectful and unprofessional, not to mention really inconvenient. If I had time to clean my house, I wouldn't need to hire them, now would I? I would not recommend Homeaglow to anyone.”

“I wish I could give them zero stars. When a cleaner would come, she did a decent job; however, I haven't had anyone show up in over a month and I am still being billed for the month subscription. If I cancel, I will be charged extra for the cleanings that were provided plus an early cancellation fee even though they are unable to provide the service that I am paying them to do.”

“I work for Homeaglow 3 hours and I was new I don’t know roll and I did my job 3 hours and they no pay my money don’t trust this one they work for people after no pay the money”

“Our homeaglo cleaner stole $5,000 worth of jewelry and vanished. I've also had homeaglo cleaners scam the system by drawing out their arrival time until I gave up and was still charged for it. HOMEAGLO IS NOT BONDED They will disclaim responsibility for any bad actions on the part of their cleaners. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!”

“Lousy service. You hire maid for 3 hours they get there late and leave early spend about 2 hours cleaning and you still pay for 3. They double book you , charge you double and cancel on you. The app is the worst app and there is no one to call and get it fixed. Have to email and it takes them awhile to get back to you. Waste of money and very bad service….”
