Ordered some paint for next day delivery, it turned up 3 days later, but was the wrong paint - complained and explained the issue, told me they'd send correct paint, due today, so checked status, they aren't sending paint and just issued a refund. No communication, no common sense and a big fat waste of time.

screwholes don't match cant put doors on and the whole thing is a disaster, when complained i was told to drill the holes myself ?? The screws that should hold it together cant be measured they are tiny ! I've been offered £10 refund lol.

I bought Homebase gloss £15, absolutely terrible, when used went on like a clear film, did return back to Homebase but they would refund as the tin was open, do not waste your money

Clearly went to wrong address and I have said as much but Homebase is not doing anything to help the situation and isn't giving a refund even though I haven't received a product and as per consumer protection legislation they are responsible for ensuring I receive the product.
