“ Ordered some paint for next day delivery, it turned up 3 days later, but was the wrong paint - complained and explained the issue, told me they'd send correct paint, due today, so checked status, they aren't sending paint and just issued a refund. No communication, no common sense and a big fat waste of time. ”
