“Very good service, I saw the item I bought from homecolours originally in selfridges London. It was nearly £500 more expensive than homecolours. I was impressed by homecolours keeping in touch with me about informing me of the progress of my order which had to come from. Italy, and then phoning me ( not emailing but actually phoning me!) to arrange delivery and giving a choice of day and time slot, all done to perfection. This is how service should be done but which all too often lacking with other companies I have dealings with. Good work homecolours!”

“Amazing service and prices. We had ordered curtains from Next but received the wrong size and then the correct size was out of stock. On researching the brand of curtain, I found them here for £52 cheaper than Next and the delivery was very quick as well”

“We were recommended Homecolours by Mepal customer service as the place to go to for their products for its choice of products and colours. And we were not disappointed. Your company had a big range of products which appealed like reusable egg boxes. So we ordered things that we didn't know we wanted or needed.”

“Took forever to get a refund, charged almost £6 delivery for return then deducted money even though the protect was returned in perfect order! Would never use again!”

Dear Adele, thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear you are disappointed. We have looked into your return and we can see that your return was received back on the 7th November and your refund was processed on the 12th. Our returns terms do allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed however we do try to process these much faster , in your case we refunded within 5 days. Regarding your actual refund we can see you requested a return via a prepaid Royal Mail label at a cost of £5.95, this was deducted from your refund. In addition your original order just met the £50 threshold for free shipping however taking into account the return of 2 items from your order this meant that the free shipping threshold was no longer met hence the deduction for the original shipping charge. We apologise if this was a surprise to you, we do detail this in our returns terms but we appreciate you may not have spotted this. Kind regards Customer Team

“Great experience! I was a little skeptical as I ordered from the U.S. and could not find what I was looking for for the price I wanted. Came across this website and even with the shipping cost, it was very good pricing! Then I thought it will take probably forever to ship and receive but had it in my house just a week later. I will def order again.”
