“I was pleased with the order which was mostly well packed and arrived in excellent condition. The exception was the brush and dustpan set which although although carefully wrapped arrived with a bit missing from the dustpan. I mention this because I suspect the dustpan was just too flimsy to be suitable for sending as part of a parcel. I suggest you delete the item from your lists.”

“Purchased 2 battery operated items, one of which failed to work. Emailed the company on a Saturday evening to enquire how to proceed with obtaining a replacement and received a response first thing Monday morning advising a replacement was being sent. Very impressed with the service I received.”

“Good, reliable, quick delivery service. prices are good too with a low (£15) threshold for free postage. Some of the items that I ordered are a little disappointing...... poor quality, but, if you buy cheap, you have to expect that.”

“Easy to order. Promptly despatched. The only issue I had was with delivery company. Tracking showed that my parcel kicked around for a couple of days in their depot until they finally handed it on to Royal Mail for delivery. Apart from that pleased with the transaction.”
