“Really good service from Home Fusion but the carrier company they used was a complete let down. I was unable to track my parcel and discovered that it was left in the rain, they didn't bother to knock the door or leave a note. Lucky the parcel was well wrapped so although the box was totally soaked my item was unmarked.”

Thanks for your review and apologies that you felt the order took a little longer than expected. Having checked it we see that it was delivered within 3 working days, but due to the Christmas bank holidays took a little longer than usual. We hope you will consider using us again. Thank you!

Hi, thanks very much for your order and sorry you felt it did not arrive as quickly as you hoped. We have checked the order and notice that you ordered it on a Thursday afternoon (9/12) and it was delivered using our free economy service on the following Tuesday the 14th December at 10:00 am. This was within expected timeframes and I wonder if you may have got this order mixed up with another supplier? If we can help then please contact us and thanks again for your order it's much appreciated.

“I have sent an email about 2 faulty cups that was in my order and not heard anything back. They have came cracked at the top and can’t be used.”
